In May 1969, John Lennon and Yoko Ono staged a week-long bed-in for peace at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, turning their hotel suite into a platform for anti-war activism. Directed by Lennon, Ono, and Paul McGrath, this documentary captures the historic protest through footage and visits from notable figures including George Harrison, Tom Smothers, Al Capp, and others. The film documents the couple’s artistic collaboration and their message against violence, culminating in a spontaneous group recording of “Give Peace A Chance” on the final day, with the song later becoming an anthem for the peace movement.

This single-disc DVD runs 61 minutes and carries an IMDb rating of 7.4. The release includes archival film, outtakes from Lennon and Ono’s own recordings of the event, home movies shot by visitors, television interviews, a press conference, and photographs preserved from the bed-in.
