Do I get to keep the records?
Every one, forever. No returns, no due dates. We have so many LPs we hope to keep you spinning vinyl for the next fifty years.
Do I pick the records?
No, and that is the point of a mystery box. You tell us your decades and at least six genres; we dig through the crates. Expect records you already love, some you soon will, and a couple that may not be your thing.
Are my genre and decade picks guaranteed?
They are guidelines, not a promise. We match them as closely as the crates allow, and some records will land outside them.
What condition are the records in?
We buy large curated collections and sort them by hand. Every record is visually graded and the sleeve checked before it goes in the box. Expect some wear on the jackets; that is part of a record that has been loved.
What if I get something I already have?
You have friends, right? If you already own it we are guessing it is because you love it. Pass it on.
How much is shipping?
Free within the continental US and already included in the price of your box. Records are heavy; we eat the postage.
How long will my box take to get here?
We typically ship within three business days. From there, USPS Media Mail takes 2 to 10 business days.
Can I give the box as a gift?
