In all seriousness though.. we send some extras in each of the boxes you receive. 

We are selling what would be considered a mystery box of records. You need to be prepared to find some music that you already love, some that you soon will love, and other titles that may not tickle your fancy. 

That’s the beauty of everything we do, it all includes free shipping in the cost of the box. Crazy affordable right? 

We buy large curated collections of records and donations from thrift stores in bulk before they hit the floor. This means we are the first ones to pick through them. Our team then goes through the boxes and only saves records that meet our quality checks and standards. It’s not uncommon for someone to receive a single record worth more than the cost of the entire box. 

We send some bonus records with your box size each month. This means your box is expected to have 3 or 6 records in it, but we send some extras just in case a records or two doesn’t match your taste in music.

The only place we sell or monetize any of our records is through our subscription box. There are quite a few REALLY nice finds to have in the record boxes you receive monthly.

We spend a fair bit on advertising and marketing to bring you this far into the process. We need to make our money back, in order to do that we send out really nice records that keep you as a subscriber for as long as you are willing. We’re in business to make money and we aim to please you with the vinyl we send. Give us a shot, if you don’t like it after a month you can easily cancel via the My Account page.

We currently serve all of the continental US. Basically anywhere we can send a media mail package with USPS we will ship and sell you a box.

After placing your order we typically ship within 72 hours. From there your box will take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on how the post office is feeling that month. Sometimes shipping can take longer due to forces outside of our control.

Yes we check all of our records prior to sending them out! We never ship discs with excessive scratches, dents or fingerprints. Just in case there are any records missed we send out some extras in every box we ship.
