Your systems and genres are our guidelines, not a filter: we match them as closely as the shelves allow each month, and the odd game outside them is part of the surprise.
Pick your families, then the bonus rack
PlayStation, Xbox, Wii, or all three. Every game in the box plays on a console you ticked.
Tick one family or several and we pack from those shelves: PS1 through PS4; the original Xbox, the 360 and the One; the Wii. Those are the deepest shelves in the warehouse, so every box is built from thousands of discs, not a handful.
The bonus rack is thinner and more fun: Wii U, Gamecube, cartridges for the SNES, NES, N64 and more, and the PSP. Tick what you own and we slip one in whenever the right title shows up; leave them blank and we stay on your family's shelves.

Do I get to keep the games?
Every one. No returns, no due dates, no trade-in counter. The box is yours, and so is the shelf it ends up on.
When does my box ship?
Your first box ships within a business day of your order. After that the box renews and ships on the 1st of every month. Order on or before the 15th and your second box ships on the 1st of next month; order after the 15th and we skip the nearest 1st so two boxes never land a couple of weeks apart - your second box ships on the 1st of the month after. The exact date is on the sign-up form, in your cart and in your order email.
Which systems does the box cover?
Pick one family or several: PlayStation (PS1 through PS4), Xbox (the original, the 360 and the One) and the Wii. Every game in the box plays on a console in a family you ticked. Tick any bonus systems you own too (Wii U, Gamecube, cartridges for the SNES, NES, N64 and more, PSP) and we slip one in whenever the right title comes through.
Do I pick the titles?
No, and that is the fun of it. Your systems and genres are guidelines, not a filter: we match them as closely as the shelves allow that month, and you may get a game outside them. If something is a must-not (no shooters, say), leave the genre unticked and we steer clear.
Disc only or with cases?
With cases means each game ships in its original case with the cover art. Disc only means the game disc in a protective sleeve, cleaned the same way, at a lower price. Same games, same cleaning; the difference is the shelf appeal and a few dollars a month.
What condition are the games in?
Gently used. Every disc is professionally cleaned and inspected for scratches before it goes in the box, and we do not ship one that looks doubtful. If a game lets you down anyway, reply to any email from us and we make it right.
What if I get something I already have?
Share the love: pass it on to a friend, a sibling, or the kid down the street who is still on a PS2. Every box also ships with the odd extra, just in case.
Is it good for kids?
Tick Kids Games (6-10) and Party and leave the shooters and horror unticked, and the box leans family-friendly. We cannot promise an exact rating on every disc, so if a strict line matters to you, the individual listings in the store show each game with its rating.
How much is shipping?
Free within the continental US and already included in the price of your box.
How long will my box take to get here?
We typically ship within three business days. From there, USPS Media Mail takes 2 to 10 business days.
Can I give the box as a gift?
Yes. Tick "this is a gift"; the recipient gets their own account and can set their own system family and genres.
