Do I get to keep the movies?
Absolutely! Every movie you receive is yours to keep forever—no returns, no due dates, just a growing collection you can enjoy anytime.
What if I get something I already have?
You won't get the same title from us twice: every box ships with title tracking, so we log what we've sent you and never repeat it. Already own it from somewhere else? Add the collection sync option and tell us what is on your shelf - paste a list of barcodes, upload a CSV, or scan your cases with your phone. The barcode on the case (the UPC) is what we compare: when we recognize it, we check it against our database of over 1 million movie editions so we never send you the same movie twice, and whatever happens our engine will never send you a UPC you have already given us. If a duplicate ever slips through, share the love! Pass it on to a friend, family member, or fellow movie enthusiast. It's a great way to spread the joy of movies.
Do I pick from a list of titles?
Not exactly—our subscription box is a fun mystery! You select your preferred genres, and we curate a surprise selection based on your tastes.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is completely FREE within the U.S., and it's already included in the cost of your box. No hidden fees, just great movies at an amazing value.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve all of the continental US. Basically anywhere we can send a media mail package with USPS, we will ship and sell you a box.
How long will my box take to get here?
After placing your order, we typically ship within 72 hours. From there, your box will take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on how the post office is feeling that month. Sometimes shipping can take longer due to forces outside of our control.
If the movies are used will they play okay?
Yes, we check all of our discs prior to sending them out! We never ship discs with excessive scratches, dents, or fingerprints. Just in case any movies are missed, we send out some extras in every box we ship.
