Frequently asked questions
When does my box ship?
Christmas boxes are charged when you order and every box ships on Friday, November 13, 2026 by USPS Media Mail. Allow 2 to 8 business days from there, so it arrives with time to spare before December 1. We email the tracking number the day it leaves.
What is in the box?
Twenty-four movies on DVD and Blu-ray, or twenty-four albums on CD, each one individually wrapped so you can open one a day. Every disc is gently used, quality-checked and yours to keep forever.
Do I pick the titles?
It is a mystery box, and that is the fun of it. You choose movies or music and what goes inside: a mix of all genres, kids only, or Christmas only. We pick the titles from tens of thousands on our shelves.
Do I get to keep everything?
Everything we send you is yours to keep forever. No returns, no due dates, just a growing collection.
If the discs are used, will they play?
Yes. We check every disc before it goes in the box and never ship discs with excessive scratches, dents or fingerprints.
What if I get something I already have?
Give it to someone you love. If you already own it, we are guessing it is because you love it; pass the joy along.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free and already included in the price of the box. No hidden fees.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental US that USPS Media Mail reaches. Sending it as a gift? Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we will write your names on the box.
Why limited quantities?
We build a fixed number of Christmas boxes each year so every one gets the same care. When they are gone, they are gone.
