The moment your checkout completes. Your membership is tied to your account, so stay logged in and member prices apply automatically on everything you add to the cart. No code to enter, nothing to remember.
What exactly is half price?
Every individual title in the store: the Bargain Bin ($5 DVDs become $2.50, $6 Blu-rays $3, $5 CDs and TV seasons $2.50, $7 games $3.50) and the Media Market, where rarer finds, sealed copies and box sets sell at their list price and members pay half of it. Sale prices count too: the member discount comes off whatever the title is selling for that day.
And the 20%?
Subscription boxes and bundles. A Movie Subscription Box is 20% off the first box and 20% off every renewal for as long as you are a member; the same goes for the CD, horror, vinyl, VHS, cassette and video game boxes. One-time bundles, Surprise Genre Boxes and the Christmas Advent Box are 20% off as well.

Which plan should I pick?
The annual plan works out to $10 a month and saves $119.97 a year over the quarterly plan. The quarterly plan is the way to try the Club for three months without the full-year commitment. Both renew automatically and both can be cancelled anytime.
How does it pay for itself?
Four Bargain Bin DVDs a month cover the annual plan ($2.50 saved on each is $10 a month); eight cover the quarterly plan. Most members buy more than that in a single order, and the subscription-box discount alone is $5 a month on the Movie box.
Can I give the Club as a gift?
Yes. Tick "This is a gift" when you join and enter the recipient's email. They get their own account, the membership is theirs, and the renewal stays with you until you cancel it.
How do I cancel?
From My Account under Subscriptions, in two clicks, any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is nothing to return.
