M*A*S*H - Season One (Collector's Edition)

Movie / Show Details

M*A*S*H is a comedy-drama that premiered in 1972, following the medical staff at a mobile Army surgical hospital during the Korean War. Developed by legendary writer Larry Gelbart from Robert Altman’s 1970 film, the series stars Alan Alda as Hawkeye, alongside Gary Burghoff, Jack Soo, Larry Linville, and G. Wood. The show captures how the surgical team uses humor and pranks to endure the chaos and trauma of wartime, balancing sharp comedy with genuine dramatic weight while maintaining much of the original film’s irreverent spirit.
