Kings of Comedy is a four-film collection of Hollywood comedies from the 1940s and 1950s. Road to Bali stars Bob Hope and Bing Crosby as two men fleeing Australian women and their marriage proposals, who get hired by an island prince to recover treasure as deep-sea divers. My Favorite Brunette features Hope as a photographer mistaken for a private detective by a mysterious woman (Dorothy Lamour) seeking her missing uncle, leading the pair into danger and murder. At War with the Army follows Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin as army friends whose bond fractures when Martin’s character is promoted to sergeant. Road to Hollywood showcases Crosby’s musical comedies from the Mack Sennett studios.
