At War With The Army is a 1950 military comedy film marking the first starring vehicle for Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis. Martin plays a smooth and confident ladies man while Lewis portrays a bumbling private whose antics create chaos throughout an Army training camp. The two former nightclub partners, raised in the same neighborhood, now find themselves enlisted together and navigating the absurdities of military life alongside a loud drill instructor, a cunning supply sergeant, and various other colorful soldiers.

This single-disc DVD from Paramount Pictures runs 93 minutes and carries a US Approved rating. Lewis delivers slapstick comedy throughout and showcases his singing talent, while Martin provides musical numbers of his own. The film establishes the comedic dynamic that would define their future collaborations. Grab this used copy and enjoy a piece of classic comedy history without the full retail price.
