This DVD collection pairs two comedies from Hollywood’s golden age. “At War with the Army” (1950) stars Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis in their first feature film together, with Martin playing a charming ladies’ man and Lewis as a well-meaning but clumsy soldier. “Road to Hollywood” (1946) follows Bing Crosby’s journey to stardom, showcasing his talents as a singer and dancer. Both films blend comedy with musical numbers and capture the spirit of their era through black-and-white cinematography.

Released by Passport Video on a single disc with a runtime of 90 minutes, this collection brings together classic entertainment from the 1940s and 1950s across the comedy, drama, family, musical, and romance genres. Directed by Del Lord, Hal Walker, and Leslie Pearce, these films offer a glimpse into mid-century Hollywood humor and performance. Owning this used DVD lets you enjoy these vintage comedies without the cost of a new copy.
