This 1974 animated holiday special follows the residents of Junctionville as they face a crisis: Santa has crossed their town off his delivery list after receiving an insulting letter claiming Christmas is a fraudulent myth. A skeptical mouse named Albert must learn to embrace the spirit of the season, and his transformation becomes key to winning back Santa’s goodwill. Directed by Arthur Rankin Jr. and Jules Bass with a script by Jerome Coopersmith based on Clement Moore’s classic poem, this family-friendly musical features voice work from Joel Grey, George Gobel, John McGiver, and others, blending festive charm with an uplifting message about faith and wonder.

A single DVD from CBS, this deluxe edition runs approximately 25 minutes and carries a US Approved rating. Add this charming animated tale to your collection at a fraction of what you’d pay for a new copy.
