The Seven Little Foys is a 1955 musical comedy-drama directed by Melville Shavelson and starring Bob Hope as vaudeville performer Eddie Foy. The film follows Foy’s transformation from a committed solo entertainer to a family man after he falls in love with and marries Italian ballerina Madeleine. As the couple continues performing on the vaudeville circuit, they start a family, and soon seven children become part of their touring life. When hardship threatens to derail Eddie’s career, he discovers that his growing brood means more to him than his solo success.
