Man on a Ledge is a 2012 action thriller directed by Asger Leth and starring Sam Worthington as Nick Cassidy, an ex-cop who has escaped prison to orchestrate an audacious heist. Cassidy stages a suicide attempt from the ledge of a Manhattan hotel, drawing the attention of the NYPD and a police psychologist who attempts to talk him down.
