Holo Mai Pele is performed by Halau o Kekuhi. Pualani Kanaka’ole Kanahele and Nalani Kanaka’ole are the Kumu Hula. This epic hula myth tells the saga of the rivalry between Pelehonuamea, goddess of the volcano, and her youngest and favorite sister Hi’iaka. The rare legacy of chants and kahiko dances performed on this DVD have been passed down through generations. This DVD comes with Japanese subtitles.
