The show combines satirical interviews and absurdist sketches that skewer American culture and politics, with Cohen posing ridiculous questions to real public figures including Pat Buchanan, Daryl Gates, and Gore Vidal. Beneath the surreal humor lie sharper observations about serious topics like abortion, religion in schools, and homeland security.
