Big Bang Theory is a comedy series following a group of brilliant physicists and engineers as they navigate romance, friendship, and social awkwardness in their daily lives. Season 8 aired in 2014 and stars Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik, and Melissa Rauch as Sheldon, Leonard, Penny, Koothrappali, Amy, and Bernadette. This season continues the ensemble’s misadventures as Leonard becomes engaged to Penny, Sheldon deepens his relationship with Amy, Koothrappali gains confidence dating women, and Howard and Bernadette bring in Stuart to help care for Mrs. Wolowitz, all while their genius minds and social struggles collide in hilarious ways.
