Benji, Zax & the Alien Prince is a live-action and animated television series from 1983 created by Joe Camp. The show follows a young alien prince named Yubi who has fled to Earth, accompanied by his robot companion Zax. When two hunters named Darah and Khyber are sent to capture the prince on behalf of the tyrannical Zanu, Benji the dog becomes an unexpected protector and ally to the fugitives. This family-friendly science fiction adventure blends action and heart as the unlikely trio navigates life on Earth while evading pursuit.

This DVD contains the first three episodes of the series: “The Prince and the Bag Lady,” “U.F.O.,” and “The Day of the Hunter,” with a total runtime of four hours and forty-six minutes. Rated for children and distributed by the studio behind Benji’s film legacy, these episodes showcase the early 1980s blend of live-action and animation that defined the show. You can own this piece of nostalgic television history as a used physical media purchase from us.
