CBS and Filmation brought Batman back to animated life in 1977 with The New Adventures of Batman. Adam West and Burt Ward reprise their iconic roles as the Caped Crusader and Robin, joined by Batgirl and the impish Bat-Mite as they patrol Gotham City. The Dynamic Duo faces off against a rogues gallery of villains including the Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, and Mr. Freeze, using detective skills and high-tech gadgetry to keep crime in check. Created by Bob Kane with writing from Chuck Menville and Len Janson, these adventures blend action and humor across 352 minutes of animated crime-fighting.

This single-disc DVD release presents the complete series from the 1977 Filmation production, rated G and running just under six hours total. A hand-inspected copy of this beloved animated classic awaits you at a fraction of what you’d pay new.
