Windows on Monday is a 2006 German drama directed by Ulrich Köhler that examines the fractures beneath domestic life. The film follows Nina, a doctor who has just moved into a new house with her husband Frieder and daughter Charlotte, seemingly poised for a fresh start. Yet as Frieder works on home renovations and Charlotte settles into her new room, Nina finds herself increasingly alienated by her surroundings. Without explanation or warning, she abandons her family and home, leaving behind questions about desire, belonging, and the gap between what life should feel like and what it actually does.

This single-disc DVD from Ö-Filmproduktion runs 88 minutes and features German audio in Dolby Digital 5.1 with English and French subtitles presented in widescreen format. Special features include cast and crew interviews, a short film, theatrical trailer, and an interactive menu. Please note this is a PAL/Region 0 release that requires a multi-region or PAL-compatible DVD player to view in North America. Own this thoughtful European drama as a used physical copy from us.
