Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band released Trouble Is… in 1997 as their second album, establishing the young guitarist as a major force in blues rock. The record blends electric blues with hard rock sensibilities, featuring a mix of originals and covers that showcase Shepherd’s passionate playing and songwriting. Standout tracks include the radio-friendly “Blue On Black,” the energetic “Slow Ride,” and the melodic “I Found Love (When I Found You),” alongside deeper cuts like “True Lies,” “(Long) Gone,” and “Everything Is Broken.”

This CD was released on Revolution Records and contains ten tracks spanning over 45 minutes of blues-rock material. The album became a commercial success, earning platinum certification from the RIAA. Pick up this used copy and experience the album that helped establish Shepherd as one of the most promising young guitarists of his era.
