Polvo released Today’s Active Lifestyles in 1993 as their second full-length album on Merge Records. The band’s intricate guitar work and dissonant approach to song structure define this indie rock effort, which showcases the math rock instrumental sensibility that has become central to their identity.

This CD contains ten tracks spanning over 40 minutes, including “Thermal Treasure,” “Lazy Comet,” “Stinger (Five Wigs),” and “Gemini Cusp.” Grab this used copy and own a piece of 1990s indie rock history.
