When a pickpocket (Richard Madden) steals a bag off the streets of Paris, he unwittingly disrupts a bank heist orchestrated by corrupt French officials and triggers a bomb. Suddenly hunted as a terrorist and desperate to survive, the pickpocket’s only hope lies with Sean, the rogue agent who recognizes him as both a pawn and a crucial piece in exposing a web of international conspiracy.
