This DVD pairs two horror films from the golden age of drive-in cinema. The Screaming Skull, directed by Alex Nicol and starring Peggy Webber, follows a newlywed who moves into her husband’s isolated mansion and becomes haunted by the ghost of his first wife, blending psychological terror with Southern Gothic atmosphere. Attack of the Giant Leeches takes a different approach, offering a creature feature set in the swamps where oversized bloodsuckers hunt for victims amid melodrama and backwoods intrigue.

Elite Entertainment presents both films on a single DVD with period intermission cards and concession-booth attractions to recreate an authentic drive-in experience. The transfers are clean and letterboxed, and an alternate “Distort-O” audio option is included for added atmosphere. Grab this double feature of vintage horror at a fraction of what you’d pay for new copies.
