Created by writers Bob Carroll Jr., Irene Kampen, and Madelyn Davis and inspired in part by Kampen’s novel Life Without George, this half-hour sitcom follows the escapades of a scheming woman, her reluctant best friend, and her cantankerous boss as they navigate one comedic situation after another in black-and-white.
