Brad Bird directed this 2004 Pixar animated action-adventure about a retired superhero family pulled back into service. Bob Parr and his wife Helen were once celebrated crime fighters, but they’ve spent the last fifteen years living as ordinary suburbanites with their three children: Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack. When a mysterious summons arrives, Bob is drawn to a remote island for a secret mission, only to discover that saving the world from destruction will require the entire family to work together. Craig T. Nelson and Holly Hunter lend their voices to the leads, with support from Bud Luckey, Dominique Louis, and others.
