The 4400 is a science-fiction drama series that premiered in 2004 on USA Network, following 4,400 people who mysteriously reappear on Earth after being abducted. Season Two picks up a year after their return, as some of the abductees discover they possess unexplained abilities while struggling to understand what happened to them. NTAC agents Diana and Tom, played by Jacqueline McKenzie and Joel Gretsch, investigate the returnees alongside those with newfound powers, including Shawn, who has become involved with Jordan Collier’s organization. The season explores how both the abductees and those around them are changing in unexpected ways, introducing new characters with their own mysterious circumstances.

This complete second season comes on four DVDs with a total runtime of eight hours and fifty-three minutes and carries a TV-PG rating.
