Suspect Zero is a 2004 crime thriller directed by E. Elias Merhige and written by Billy Ray and Zak Penn. FBI Agent Tom Mackelway, played by Aaron Eckhart, pursues a mysterious serial killer who targets other serial killers. The investigation leads him to suspect a renegade government agent, portrayed by Ben Kingsley, who claims to possess psychic abilities trained by the government to hunt killers. As Mackelway closes in on his quarry, he discovers the suspect is searching for an even more dangerous criminal known as Suspect Zero, blending elements of crime, horror, and mystery as the agent grapples with obsession and the line between justice and vengeance.
