The killer is Jennifer Spencer, a woman systematically hunting down the men who gang-raped her and her sister a decade earlier. As Callahan digs deeper into the case, he becomes drawn into Jennifer’s world, unaware that the woman he’s getting close to is the one he’s hunting.
