Russell Madness is a 2015 family sports comedy from director Robert Vince, who created the Air Bud franchise. The film stars John Ratzenberger, Mason Vale Cotton, and Sean Giambrone as the voice of Russell, an undersized terrier with surprising wrestling talent. After escaping a pet store, Russell is adopted by the Ferraro family, who are struggling to save their grandfather’s wrestling arena. When they discover Russell’s natural gift for the sport, he begins training with an unconventional coach and rises through the professional wrestling ranks, becoming a celebrated competitor.
