River of Stars is a 2000 electronic new age album by the duo 2002, comprised of Randy and Pamela Copus. Randy, born in Dallas, studied multiple instruments from an early age before focusing on synthesizers and spending years working as a composer, engineer, and producer in major recording studios across the country. Pamela, born in Louisville, began piano studies at age six and went on to master flute, violin, oboe, and synthesizers before attending universities in Ohio and Spain. After the couple married in 1992, they combined their extensive musical backgrounds to form 2002, blending their diverse influences into instrumental compositions.

Released on the Myndstream label, this CD contains ten instrumental tracks totaling approximately fifty minutes, including River of Stars, Elysian Fields, Stella Maris, First Daughter of the Moon, Starwalkers, Heaven and Earth, Lovers’ Bridge, The Dreaming Tree, Tanabata Moon, and Rays of Light. Grab this used copy and experience the atmospheric soundscapes these accomplished musicians created.
