One Foot in the Grave is a British comedy-drama series that premiered in 1990, starring Richard Wilson as Victor Meldrew, a recently retired man struggling to adjust to his newfound free time. Alongside Annette Crosbie and Doreen Mantle, Wilson navigates the frustrations of aging as Victor’s constant complaints and irritations test the patience of his long-suffering wife Margaret. Created by David Renwick and directed by Susan Belbin, the series explores the challenges of growing older with both humor and heart.

Season 2 follows Victor and Margaret as they relocate to a new house, where they encounter their neighbors: the relentlessly cheerful but dull Nick Swainey next door, and Patrick and Pippa across the way, whose lives become complicated by their proximity to the Meldrews. This two-disc DVD set contains approximately two hours and fifty-six minutes of programming and carries a TV-PG rating. A BBC release that earned BAFTA recognition, this used copy lets you enjoy the series at a fraction of the original retail cost.
