Fred Zinnemann directed this 1955 musical western set in the Oklahoma Territory during the early 1900s. Gordon MacRae stars as Curly, a cheerful ranch hand, while Gloria Grahame, Gene Nelson, Eddie Albert, Charlotte Greenwood, and Barbara Lawrence round out the cast. The story follows two cowboys vying for the affection of local women as they contend with a dangerous ranch hand who threatens to disrupt their romantic pursuits. Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II’s legendary score includes such beloved songs as “Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’,” “The Surrey With The Fringe On Top,” and “People Will Say We’re In Love.”

This is a two-disc DVD release with a runtime of two hours and twenty-five minutes, rated Approved by the Motion Picture Association.
