Observe and Report is a 2009 dark comedy directed by Jody Hill about Ronnie Barnhardt, an overzealous mall security guard played by Seth Rogen who takes his job at the Forest Ridge Mall extremely seriously. When a flasher begins terrorizing shoppers, Ronnie becomes determined to catch him before the official police can, driven partly by his desire to prove himself worthy of a real badge and gun, and partly by his crush on Brandi, a makeup counter employee portrayed by Anna Faris. His pursuit puts him at odds with Detective Harrison, creating a competitive clash as Ronnie’s delusions of grandeur push him to take matters into his own hands. The ensemble cast also includes Ray Liotta, Michael Pena, Collette Wolfe, and Celia Weston.

This is a single-disc DVD release from Warner Bros. with a runtime of 86 minutes and an R rating. A used copy gives you the chance to experience this offbeat comedy without the cost of a new one.
