Monk is a crime drama following Adrian Monk, an ex-cop with obsessive-compulsive disorder who works as a private detective solving cases for the San Francisco police department. Despite his numerous phobias and compulsions, Monk possesses a photographic memory and razor-sharp deductive skills that make him an invaluable investigator. Starring Tony Shalhoub as the brilliant but quirky detective, the fourth season aired in 2006 and features Monk alongside his devoted assistant Natalie Teeger (Traylor Howard), Captain Stottlemeyer (Ted Levine), and Lieutenant Disher (Jason Gray-Stanford) as they tackle cases involving murder, betrayal, and mystery.
