Michael Jackson: This Is It is a 2009 documentary directed by Kenny Ortega that offers an intimate look at the King of Pop as he prepared for his planned concert residency at London’s O2 Arena. Drawing from over one hundred hours of behind-the-scenes footage captured between April and June 2009, the film presents Jackson rehearsing songs, working with dancers and musicians, and refining every detail of his shows. Created with the full support of the Jackson Estate, this documentary captures the artist at work across multiple facets of his creative process.

This 2-disc limited edition DVD release from Sony Pictures Releasing runs 111 minutes and carries a PG rating. Beyond the main feature, the set includes two making-of documentaries and seven featurettes covering costumes, dancer auditions, band and vocalist introductions, and unfinished rehearsals. Own this behind-the-scenes window into Jackson’s final project at a fraction of retail cost.
