Inspector Lynley: Set 2 is a British crime drama from 2003 based on Elizabeth George’s detective novels. The series follows Detective Inspector Thomas Lynley, an aristocratic officer, and Detective Sergeant Barbara Havers, his working-class partner, as they investigate murders across English society. Though their partnership began with tension, the two detectives have developed mutual respect through their work together, occasionally glimpsing deeper connections amid the darkness of their cases. This set includes episodes where Lynley and Havers pursue a killer connected to a celebrated cricket player and his web of suspects, and where they race to solve a kidnapping case involving a newspaper editor’s hidden past.
