The Final Cut concludes the House of Cards trilogy, the acclaimed political thriller from Masterpiece Theater. Ian Richardson returns as Francis Urquhart, now serving as Prime Minister and plotting a graceful exit from power. When international events threaten to derail his plans, Urquhart discovers himself ensnared in someone else’s scheme for control. For the first time, the cunning statesman finds his usual strategies failing him, forcing a confrontation between his ambitions and forces beyond his command. Andrew Davies adapted Michael Dobbs’s novels for the screen, creating a sharp examination of corruption and power in Washington, D.C.

This DVD edition contains the third volume on a single disc, rated TV-MA. The cast includes Andrew Seear, Diane Fletcher, Dorothy Vernon, Glyn Grain, Ian Richardson, and Isla Blair. A used copy from us means you own this conclusion to the trilogy without the cost of a new release.
