G.I. Joe: Valor vs. Venom is a 2004 CGI-animated action film from Hasbro based on the classic ’80s animated series. When General Hawk is kidnapped, his second-in-command Duke leads the Joe team in a global fight to rescue their leader and thwart Cobra Commander’s sinister scheme to create an army of genetically altered super-soldiers by combining human DNA with that of the world’s most dangerous animals.
