Fix It When I Can is a 1999 blues album by the Daddy Mack Blues Band, a four-piece group led by guitarist and vocalist Mack Orr. All band members previously played with the Fieldstones, an influential urban blues outfit active since the 1970s. Based in Memphis, the group brings a raw, funky approach to blues that emphasizes authenticity and energy, serving as the house band at the Center for Southern Folklore on Beale Street where they performed for international audiences. The album marks their emergence as torchbearers of contemporary Memphis blues.

This is a standard CD release from 1999. The Daddy Mack Blues Band’s down-home sound captures the spirit of Saturday night blues in its purest form, offering a refreshing contrast to more polished modern interpretations of the genre. Grab a used copy and experience the natural, soulful musicianship that made them stand out on Beale Street.
