Down from the Mountain is a 2000 concert documentary directed by D.A. Pennebaker, Chris Hegedus, and Nick Doob. The film captures a benefit performance held at the legendary Ryman Auditorium, featuring country and folk musicians performing songs from the O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack. The lineup includes Emmylou Harris, John Hartford, Issac Freeman, Evelyn Cox, Nathan Best, and Joseph Rice, all performing in support of the Country Music Hall of Fame.

This single-disc DVD runs 98 minutes and carries a G rating. The film is presented in anamorphic widescreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 and 2.0 surround sound options.
