Dodgeball - A True Underdog Story (Widescreen Edition)

Movie / Show Details

Rawson Marshall Thurber wrote and directed this 2004 sports comedy about an underdog gym owner fighting to save his business. When Average Joe’s Gym faces foreclosure, the owner must raise fifty thousand dollars in thirty days. His unlikely solution: enter a dodgeball tournament with a prize that matches his desperate need. Standing in his way is the narcissistic owner of a rival fitness chain, leading to a high-stakes competition between misfits and professionals. Ben Stiller, Alan Tudyk, Christine Taylor, Gary Cole, and Chris Williams round out the cast in a film that prioritizes laughs over logic.
