Movie / Show Details

Directed by D.J. Caruso, Disturbia is a 2007 thriller starring Shia LaBeouf as Kale, a troubled teenager confined to his house under court-ordered arrest following a violent outburst at school. Grieving his father’s death and struggling with isolation, Kale begins observing his suburban neighbors through his windows, particularly drawn to Sarah Roemer’s character who moves in next door. As the two grow closer, they become increasingly convinced that one of their neighbors is committing murders. What begins as a way to pass time during confinement evolves into a dangerous obsession, leaving them to question whether their suspicions stem from cabin fever and paranoia or if they have genuinely uncovered something sinister.
