Dead Like Me is a dark comedy-fantasy series that premiered on Showtime in 2003. Created by Bryan Fuller, the show stars Ellen Muth as George Lass, an 18-year-old who dies and finds herself recruited as a reaper. Her new job involves removing souls from people before they experience traumatic deaths, a task she must learn to navigate alongside a quirky team of fellow reapers played by Callum Blue, Jasmine Guy, Mandy Patinkin, and Cynthia Stevenson. The series blends supernatural elements with humor and character-driven storytelling as George adjusts to her strange afterlife.

This is the complete first season on one DVD, running 10 hours and 15 minutes total with a TV-14 rating from Showtime Networks. The season includes the pilot episode and nine additional installments that introduce George’s world and her fellow reapers. Directed by David Grossman, David Straiton, and James Whitmore Jr., this used copy lets you own the series at a fraction of retail cost.
