Big Trail is a 1930 Western adventure directed by Louis R. Loeffler and Raoul Walsh. Young scout Breck Coleman, played by John Wayne, leads a wagon train of settlers across dangerous terrain toward Oregon while navigating brutal weather, attacks from Native Americans, and stampeding buffalo. Along the journey, he falls for Ruth Cameron, a pioneer woman portrayed by Marguerite Churchill, and pursues both romance and revenge against those responsible for his friend’s death. The film also features Tyrone Power, El Brendel, and Tully Marshall in this sweeping tale of westward expansion.

This is a single-disc DVD release from Fox Film Corporation with a runtime of two hours and five minutes and a US Passed rating.
