Best of the Beverly Hillbillies is a compilation from the classic 1960s sitcom starring Buddy Ebsen, Donna Douglas, Irene Ryan, Max Baer Jr., and Raymond Bailey. The series follows Jed Clampett, a simple backwoods man whose life changes overnight when an oil gusher erupts on his property, making him a millionaire. Seeking a fresh start for his family, Jed relocates to Beverly Hills with his daughter Elly May, his nephew Jethro Bodine, and his mother-in-law Granny. There they settle next door to Mr. Drysdale, president of the Commerce Bank, who will go to great lengths to keep Jed’s substantial fortune in his institution. The show mines comedy from the clash between the Clampetts’ rural sensibilities and the refined world of high society.

This single-disc DVD collection is unrated and brings together memorable episodes including “Clampetts Strike Oil,” “The Getting Settled,” “Clampetts Meet Mrs. Drysdale,” “Jethro Goes to School,” “Pygmalion and Elly,” “The Great Feud,” and many more.
