Avatar: The Last Airbender – Book 1 Water, Vol. 5 is an animated series from Nickelodeon that aired in 2005, featuring the voice talents of Dante Basco, Grey DeLisle, Jack De Sena, and others. Created by Michael Dante Dimartino and directed by Dave Filoni and Giancarlo Volpe, this volume follows twelve-year-old Aang, the Avatar destined to master all four elements and restore balance to the world. As Aang and his companions journey toward the Northern Water Tribe, he visits the ruins of an Air Temple from his past, encounters an old Waterbending master who can teach him to control water, and faces a major confrontation with the Fire Nation Navy led by Admiral Zhao.
