Altered is a 2006 science fiction horror thriller directed by Eduardo Sanchez, who also co-wrote the film with Jamie Nash. The story follows four men who endured an alien abduction together fifteen years in the past. When they finally capture one of the extraterrestrial beings responsible for their ordeal and their friend’s death, they set out for revenge. What unfolds is a dangerous confrontation where the hunters may become the hunted, as the creature fights back in a brutal struggle for survival.

This DVD release from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment contains the film in its entirety, running 88 minutes with an R rating. The single disc includes deleted scenes as bonus content and features a cast including Adam Kaufman, Brad William Henke, James Gammon, and Catherine Mangan.
