Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation album released in 2009 by Terry Oldfield and Soraya Saraswati on New Earth Records. Designed to accompany restorative yoga practice, this recording features three extended Yoga Nidra sessions that guide listeners into a state of conscious deep sleep. The practice aims to release physical stress, anxiety, and mental tension while allowing the mind to move through waking and dreaming states while remaining fully aware, creating conditions for deep relaxation and subtle transformation.

This CD contains three tracks: Yoga Nidra 1 (11:14), Yoga Nidra 2 (20:03), and Yoga Nidra 3 (30:00), totaling over an hour of guided meditation content. Oldfield’s masterful instrumentation blends seamlessly with Saraswati’s voice throughout, backed by the high production standards New Earth Records is known for delivering. Add this used copy to your meditation and sleep practice collection at a fraction of retail cost.
