FBI agent Jack Crawford is consumed by the need for vengeance after a mysterious assassin known as Rogue kills his partner, setting off a chain of violent confrontations as rival yakuza and triad gangs clash in a brutal turf war. The film delivers intense action sequences and combat-heavy set pieces throughout.
