Thomas & Friends: Whale of a Tale & Other Sodor Adventures is a 2004 television collection from Storyline Entertainment featuring Thomas the Tank Engine and his companions on the Island of Sodor. The episodes follow the engines through various escapades, including a mysterious whale bone discovery, a rumor about Toby that spreads across the island, Henry’s concern about chickenpox, Thomas blaming his mishaps on an imaginary engine, and Toad’s encounter with a stranded whale.

This single-disc DVD release runs 90 minutes and carries a Not Rated designation, with content aimed at ages 3 through 6. The collection includes bonus features such as puzzles and a segment called Fun with Driver Perkins.
